Multnomah Channel Clean Up On September 8th, 2018, between 10:00AM and 2:00PM, paddlers and boaters will come together at two locations to remove trash from the river. This is the Multnomah Channel Clean Up. One starting location is at the boat ramp in Scappoose by Mark's on the Channel off of Johnson's Landing
